Pit avoidance suggestion

If you want to save money when you come to Chengdu, you can choose subway or bus, and all the scenic spots in the city are very convenient.

② Chengdu has a spicy diet. If you can't eat spicy food, you can prepare gastrointestinal medicine in advance.

(3) Jiuzhaigou scenic spot is large, so you should play it selectively according to your own time and budget. When you play, you should pay attention to the last flight back to sightseeing bus in the afternoon.

(4) Huanglong Scenic Area has a high altitude, so it is recommended to take a cableway up the mountain to save energy, and you can bring your own oxygen bottle and food. The food in the scenic spot is expensive, and the high journey is uncomfortable, so you must have a rest. There is a special place for oxygen inhalation in the scenic spot.

⑤ Daochengya J road is long. I suggest going with you. Without plateau life experience, direct flight is not recommended. Don't take a shower and wash your hair for the first three days at high altitude.

⑥ The ultraviolet radiation at high altitude is very strong, so you should take sun protection measures no matter which month.

⑦ In ethnic minority areas, we must respect local cultural customs and travel in a civilized way.
