Travels of Xiushan Island in Zhoushan Archipelago in Mid-Autumn Festival

Set out:

On Friday night, I took a passenger ship bound for Daishan at 20 o'clock in Wusong Passenger Transport Center. At night, sitting on the deck blowing the sea breeze, watching the flashing lights of Waigaoqiao, looking up at the starry night sky to find your own morning star or chatting with friends, is really pleasant.

Wake up at 5: 00 in the morning by the whistle of the ship, and get up quickly to watch the sunrise on the deck. At this time, the boat was already full of good people. Although there are no various "long guns and short guns", the frequent flashing of shutter sound and flash is still continuous. I can't fall behind myself, so I will join them quickly.

Arrive at Daishan Island

Daishan Island is the second largest island in Zhoushan Archipelago and a transit point to Xiushan Island. Arrive at Daishan Island at 5: 30 in the morning. After we disembarked, the ship continued to Putuo Mountain. The earliest ferry from Daishan Island to Xiushan Island is at 6: 30, so before that, our first task is to find a place to have breakfast.

The breakfast shop on the roadside is very enthusiastic, and the clerk stands on the roadside waving. We quickly avoided it, so we found a relatively quiet storefront. The following two photos were taken in front of the store.

Arrive at Xiushan Island

Take the ferry at 6: 30 and arrive at Xiushan Island in about 20 minutes. Because the ferry is relatively small, it is bumpy all the way. I grew up by the sea, which is nothing, but my colleagues can't stand it. If the journey takes a long time, he is worried that something will happen ~

The accommodation on Xiushan Island was contacted by telephone in advance. The boss's sister waited for us at the dock with her children. They called us from a distance. Because the people on the whole ship are basically locals, my colleagues and I are still very "different" among them, so it is easier to identify.

There are CMB on the island, but there are few. There are also facets, which are basically 15 yuan. I arrived at my residence by plane. This is a small family hotel. The boss is a middle-aged woman with two in-laws at home. Her husband is fishing in the open sea (the island is basically full of women, old people and children). The boss is very enthusiastic, the room is clean and well equipped.

Since there are three beaches near our house, we can't wait for our boss to take us to the nearby beaches after putting down our backpacks. The boss took us to the nearest Sanjiao Beach and showed us the directions of several other scenic spots.

Weiming beach

Along Panshan Road, we continue south from Sanjiao Beach, because the boss just said there is a good beach in the ravine beyond the mountain. I walked along the highway for at most 15 minutes, turned a hill and suddenly found a beautiful beach lying quietly in the bay below. Because the belly of the bay is small, the level in the bay is quiet and clear, showing an attractive blue-green color, unlike the yellow we saw on the boat all the way.

There is a village near the beach, and I envy the people there living in such a good environment. We rushed down the hill. Stop. ! ! ! When we came to the village, we found something was wrong, because there was no one in the whole village! ! Except for a few shabby houses, all the other huts are complete, even brand-new, and every house is in good condition except for no household items. Is it a ghost village? Of course, we won't believe it. Our only explanation at that time was that after the typhoon, the whole village moved to other safe places.

We don't care so much, the quiet and beautiful beach is our favorite! ! So he cheered and jumped into the sea.

Jiuzishatan

After playing around the nameless beach where the "Ghost Village" is located, we went to Jiuzitan, the largest beach on the island.

Jiuzitan is about 700 meters long and at least 200 meters wide. It is the largest beach in Xiushan Beach Group. There is a bathing beach here, and there is a protective fence outside the sea, which is very safe. The beach faces the vast sea area in the east and the island in the middle of the sea area. The vision is broad and beautiful. It is backed by all the green hills covered with green, with strange rocks and reefs of various shapes in the middle.

lunch

After running three beaches in a row all morning, we are already hungry. Go back quickly. As the saying goes, "a greedy cat has a sharp nose", and we asked about the smell of rice before we arrived at our residence. But this is not our food, it is the hometown food along the street, but it stimulates our mouths and stomachs more.

The boss personally cooked and cooked four dishes and one soup for us. All seafood. There are razor clams, meretrix meretrix, white clams (their own names) and prawns. . . (The following is omitted, and the saliva overflows! ! ! ! ), because of eating my head off, I remembered to take pictures of the food in advance, sweat! ! Usually eat 1 bowl of rice. As a result, at noon, we not only ate all the seafood on the plate, but also let go of the soup. We just poured into the rice bowl, and the seafood soup bibimbap is not too delicious! ! As a result, each of us has three bowls of rice, and the final result is that our stomachs are full and our mouths still want to eat.

Naked swimming

Ahem, there are no photos in this part:)

After dinner, we rested for two hours, and then went skinny-dipping in the nameless beach. Anyway, no one patronized it, so it became a celestial bathing place:) I have had many opportunities to swim in the sea since I was a child in Qingdao, but I have less opportunities to get close to the sea since I came to Shanghai, so this long-lost feeling is particularly exciting and exciting. As for my colleague, he has never swam in the sea, and his excitement is self-evident.

Excitement comes at a price. Our price is getting a tan, but it's worth it.

Catch crabs on the beach

Dinner is all seafood, so I won't say much here. After dinner, the boss gave us a portable lamp and a small bucket, and let us go to Jiuzitan to catch crabs. In fact, when we visit these three beaches during the day, there are crab holes everywhere, and we can see many small crabs that move very quickly. It is not easy to catch them. Because fast action is one thing, and they often quickly drill into nearby crab holes, making people unable to start.

But at night, the scene is very different. At night, the lights on the beach are swept away. Oh, my God! ! Crabs are everywhere on the beach, and they are much bigger than those in the daytime. Ecstasy! ! !

Wait a minute, crabs are not so easy to catch, because their eyesight is very keen, even at night, so hand lamps come in handy at this time. The crab that was directly illuminated by the lantern can no longer see us behind the lantern. This principle is like that the human street is illuminated by the headlights of oncoming vehicles, and the objects behind the cars cannot be seen.

In this case, catching crabs is as simple as picking up coins on the ground, but be careful to be caught by its clips:)

Description of other information

Xiushan Island, once called Lanxiushan Island, lies between Zhoushan Island and Daishan Island. Xiushan Island is 2.5 nautical miles from Zhoushan Island, 3 nautical miles from Putuo Mountain 10, and 3 nautical miles from Gaoting Town. Its periphery is between Shanghai and Ningbo, 56 nautical miles from Shanghai and 36 nautical miles from Ningbo, making it very convenient for tourists to travel back and forth. Xiushan Island has a total land area of 24.26 square kilometers, which is as big as Macao and ranks ninth among Zhoushan Islands.

There are few plains on the island, hills one after another, and many mountains have never been there. There are more grasses in the mountains in summer and autumn, and the environment is more suitable for Yixing. In addition, if you climb to the top, you can also see the sea and sky scenery of the whole Zhoushan Islands. The island is also rich in oranges and pomelos, which are planted in almost every household.

All three beaches on the island are suitable for camping overnight, and you can also fish at the seaside and cook by yourself, but the lack of fresh water on the island also brings certain difficulties to cooking. So you can contact the family hotel in advance and let them solve the problem of eating (FB).
