What does "Huang Ka" mean in the outbound tour group?

Huang Ka is a kind of "exit card". According to relevant regulations, there are two kinds of exit registration cards issued at the same time as passports.

1. Exit registration card with prefix "a". This card is in duplicate with the same number. One is light blue and the other is pink. After the cardholder applies for an entry visa at the China Embassy, there is no need to go through any formalities in the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ.

2. Exit registration card starting with "B". This card is in duplicate, and the color is yellow. After obtaining an entry visa, the cardholder must go to the original issuing authority or authorized issuing authority and change it into an exit registration card with the prefix "A" before leaving the country. At the same time, when issuing a passport valid for five years, the subject column of the attached exit registration card should be filled in with "settlement" or "short-term exit" respectively. No matter what kind of visa you get, you don't need to apply for an exit registration card with the prefix "A" for "settlement".
