The fourth step is the government. Because another important purpose of our reform is to enter the 4A evaluation, and the government is also our ancestor this time. Because the CD tickets we use have the function of information storage, we negotiated with the government, in addition to putting the introduction information of our scenic spots on the CD, it also gave the government a huge space for environmental planning and publicity, which naturally made them keep their mouths shut.
