Shaolin Temple, the birthplace of Zen Buddhism in China and Kung Fu in China, is now a world cultural heritage, a national key cultural relic protection unit and a national AAAAA-level tourist attraction. It is located at the foot of Wuru Peak in Songshan Mountain, Dengfeng City, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province.
