Introduction of Dazhou scenic spots in Dazhou

1. Bashan Grand Canyon, formerly known as Sichuan Bailixia, is located in Xuanhan County and is a national AAA-level tourist attraction. The scenic spot consists of Bailixia and Jiangkou Lake, with a total area of 105 square kilometers, of which Bailixia Scenic Spot covers an area of 65 square kilometers, with an altitude of 452 meters to 2 148 meters and a gorge length of 140 kilometers. There are ten scenic spots here, such as animal gathering, Xiannv Rock, Guanyin Cave, Nantianmen, Erlong Waterfall, Old Huangshan Mountain and rhinoceros looking at the moon. On the first day, Panlong Cave and roosters crowed. Jiangkou Lake covers an area of 20 square kilometers, including Wuyun Village, Jiwoshi, Sandou Gorge, Puguang Temple and Huangshi Hak-Rim Paek. Bailixia Scenic Area has a long history, including Jiangjunping, Paomaliang, Tiemashi, Datong Dangerous Road and Stone plank Road left by Fan Kuai's stationing troops at the end of Qin Dynasty and the beginning of Han Dynasty, and Qinglong Village and Dazhaizi left by Zhang and Pai.

2. Batai Mountain Scenic Area is located in the east of Batai Township, Wanyuan City. It is named Batai Mountain because of its eight-story landform. The main peak is 2348m, which is the second peak in eastern Sichuan. Batai Mountain is a part of Daba Mountain limestone mountain. The scenery in the area is colorful, integrating mountain scenery, peak scenery, cliff scenery, living scenery and gas scenery. It is one of the most attractive scenic spots in Dazhou. Height difference between eight peaks and eight valleys 1500- 1700m m standing at the top of the mountain, the mountain undulates under its feet, like waves, stretching for thousands of miles. The southwest is a tributary of Baisha River, with a wide valley slope, and 36 limestone hills are developed on the valley slope, with a relative height difference of 100m. Rugged as chess pieces, it is called Qipanshan, which is a unique landscape of limestone hills in Sichuan Province.

3. Zhenfo Mountain is located in Fushan Township, the middle part of Qilixia Mountains, more than 30 kilometers south of Dachuan District, Dazhou City, and is a national AAAA scenic spot. The scenic spot is mainly composed of Dehua Temple, Jade Buddha Temple, Empty City Plan, Lingyunzhai and other cultural landscapes, as well as natural landscapes such as carmine Lake, Sanxianshi, Conch Cave, Lotus Temple, Yunhua Mountain and Daoling. The twin towers of a Buddhist temple far away from Dehua Temple are unique in shape and exquisite in craftsmanship. The tower height is 2 1 floor, the highest in China. Ancient temples, stone pagodas, Meilin, Meifeng, caves and lakes are integrated.

4. Juren Valley Scenic Area is located 26 kilometers east of Qu County, Dazhou City. It is famous for its strange mountains, beautiful waters, secluded caves, Li Gorge, waterfalls, lakes, springs, strange rocks, ancient stacks and Maolin. Known as "Xiao Jiu Village" in East Sichuan, it is a national AAAA-level tourist area, a provincial-level scenic spot and a provincial-level forest park. There are many landscapes in the scenic area, including cave view, stone view, cliff view, waterfall view, gas view, life view and human landscape, and some of them are unique. Cave scenery is mainly concentrated in Laolong Village, Longtan Township, Quxian County. According to preliminary investigation, there are more than 60 caves, large and small, most of which are in the form of tiankeng. Every cave is different, and there are holes in the middle. Among these caves, Laolong Cave is the largest and most peculiar. The cave is 20m high, 30m wide and1000m long.

5. Guanyinshan Forest Park is located in Bai Shu Town, Xuanhan County, Dazhou City, at the southern foot of Daba Mountain in the northeast of Sichuan Basin, with an area of 24,488 mu and the highest elevation of1058.6m.. Mainly in low mountains and hills, it belongs to the humid monsoon climate zone in the middle subtropical zone. Guanyinshan Forest Park is not only an eco-tourism resort, but also has historical value and rich cultural heritage. The myths and legends of Guanyin Mountain, the legend of Shenlong Palace, the site of Baogai Temple at the top of the mountain, the site of the Red Army battlefield and the site of Anbaili Uprising bear witness to the traces of history.
