How to evaluate and apply for 5a scenic spots?

(a) Data review

The National Tourist Attractions Quality Rating Committee conducts a comprehensive review of the scenic area application materials according to the scenic area evaluation standards and detailed rules, including the name, scope, management organization, regulations, development status, etc. Scenic spots that pass the review will enter the landscape evaluation process, and scenic spots that fail to pass the review can only apply for review again after one year.

(2) Landscape Value Assessment

The National Tourist Attractions Quality Rating Committee established a review group composed of experts in relevant fields, listened to the statements of the declared scenic spots, and adopted a differential vote. The attractiveness and market influence of the scenic spots were evaluated. The evaluation content includes scenic spot viewing and entertainment value, historical, cultural and scientific value, popularity, reputation and market radiation, etc. Scenic spots that pass the landscape evaluation will enter the on-site inspection process, while scenic spots that fail to pass the landscape evaluation can only apply for re-examination after two years.

(3) On-site inspection

The National Tourist Attractions Quality Rating Committee organizes national inspectors to set up an assessment team to conduct on-site inspections of the service quality and environmental quality of scenic spots through unannounced visits. The inspection content includes basic service facilities such as transportation in scenic spots, public service facilities such as safety and health, tourist service facilities such as tour guides and shopping, network service systems such as e-commerce, protection of history, culture and natural environment, and guidance of tourists to travel in a civilized manner. On-site inspections of scenic spots that meet the standards will enter the social publicity process, and scenic spots that do not meet the standards can only apply for on-site inspections again after one year.

(4) Social publicity

The National Tourist Attractions Quality Rating Committee will publicize the declared scenic spots that meet the standards on the China Tourism Network for seven working days. In the publicity stage, tourist attractions with no major objections or complaints will be publicized. If there are any major objections or complaints, the National Tourist Attractions Quality Rating Committee will conduct a verification investigation and make a corresponding decision.

(5) Announcement

For scenic spots with no major objections or major complaints, the National Tourist Attractions Quality Rating Committee will issue a quality rating announcement and issue certificates and marks.

Work process:

1. If a tourist attraction meets the corresponding grade standards based on self-examination and self-correction, it shall submit an application report to the district (city) or county tourism bureau;< /p>

2. The provincial and municipal tourist attraction quality rating committees appoint experts to provide consultation and guidance;

3. If the district (city) or county tourism bureau verifies that it meets the standards, it will report to the municipal tourism bureau ( Municipal Tourism Bureau) Scenic Area Quality Rating Committee submits the application report;

4. After the Municipal Tourism Scenic Area Quality Rating Committee (organized by the Municipal Tourism Bureau) passes the preliminary review, it shall report to the Provincial Scenic Area Quality Rating Committee;< /p>

5. Provincial and municipal tourist attraction quality rating committees organize on-site inspections and unannounced visits. After the provincial tourist attraction quality rating committee passes the review, they will recommend it to the national quality rating agency;

6. The National Tourism Administration Scenic Area Quality Rating Committee organizes the review and announces the results.
