On the issue of tourist visas for Cuba

If you travel from outside China, just buy a tourist card (Trajeta de Turista), which is equivalent to a tourist visa for Cuba (separate sheet).

If you leave China, you need to apply to the Cuban Embassy in China or the Shanghai and Guangzhou Consulates. The procedure is very simple. All you need is a passport, a photo, a Cuban hotel order, round-trip air tickets and travel insurance (only PICC and Ping An insurance are recognized in China). The visa fee is 249 yuan.
