Lease terms and conditions

There are four guest houses available for international scholars visiting M University? nster？ Alexander von humboldt Building, Europa Building, apartments on Germania campus and Edith Stein College. These four hotels offer about 100 apartments of different sizes and prices. Most rooms are for one or two people. For families, there are four apartments with four beds and one apartment with six beds. As there is a great demand for accommodation in our hotel, we suggest asking as soon as possible? Especially family apartments.

Please note that guest rooms and apartments can only be rented for a limited time. Maximum 12 months, minimum one month. Apartments can only be rented from 1 day or 16 every month. Please note that senior dormitory apartments can only be rented for a period of time. The longest is 12 months, and it can be rented in the shortest month. If the cancellation time is later than one month before the lease starts, a fee will be charged.
