1. Travel scientifically and orderly

Minimize cross-city travel. Don't go to middle-high risk areas and counties, and don't go to other counties in the city where the middle-high risk areas are located and areas with community communication risks unless necessary.

If you need to travel, please log in to the Chinese government website and the State Council client applet before you travel, and enter the "Policies and Measures for Epidemic Prevention and Control in Various Places" column to inquire about the epidemic prevention policies and measures in various places, so as to know the epidemic situation in the destination, the situation in medium and high-risk areas and the information on epidemic prevention and control in advance, and pay attention to inquiring about the relevant epidemic prevention policies in the destination.

By plane, high-speed rail, train, inter-provincial long-distance passenger bus, inter-provincial passenger ship and other means of transportation, you must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. Traveling on the road and free travellers take the initiative to conduct nucleic acid testing, and cooperate with code scanning to measure temperature everywhere. 2. Inter-provincial personnel entering Hunan must be in declare in advance.
