Can I handle purchases and refunds at Guangzhou Yangchengtong Airport? Can I use the airport bus?

Ordinary Yangcheng Pass cards can be purchased at convenience stores at the airport, but they cannot be refunded.

To refund the card, you need to go to the Yangchengtong Customer Service Center. The closest customer service point to the airport is the Baiyun Cultural Square Customer Service Center (Exit C of Baiyun Cultural Square Metro Station, Guangzhou Metro Line 2).

You can swipe Yangcheng Tong on the "Airport Line 1" bus in the airport, but not on the airport bus.

Yangchengtong has a Yangchengtong travel card, which is a one-day ticket that can be used. Once the time expires, it cannot be used and does not need to be refunded. If you are only coming to Guangzhou for a few days, you can buy a travel card.
