How to complain about being defrauded while traveling?

If you are deceived while traveling, you can apply for mediation to a consumer association, a tourism complaint acceptance agency or a relevant mediation organization. You can also submit it to an arbitration institution for arbitration, or you can file a lawsuit with the People's Court.

Article 91 of the "Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China" People's governments at or above the county level shall designate or establish a unified tourism complaint acceptance agency. When the agency receives a complaint, it shall handle it in a timely manner or transfer it to the relevant department for processing, and notify the complainant.

Article 93 Consumer associations, tourism complaint acceptance agencies and relevant mediation organizations shall mediate disputes between tourists and tourism operators on the basis of the voluntariness of both parties in accordance with the law.
