1 , Strictly perform the examination and approval procedures for going abroad (overseas)
(1) Approval for staff of institutions stationed abroad (overseas). Leading cadres at the county (division) level who are assigned to work in foreign (overseas) institutions must be approved by the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government or the department authorized by the Party Committee of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government, or by the Party Group (Party Committee) of the central ministries and commissions, and state agencies and ministries. . (2) When leading cadres apply to go abroad for private purposes, they must report and register to the party organizations of their respective regions and departments after obtaining their passports or passes to and from Hong Kong and Macao. (3) Leading cadres are not allowed to go through retirement or resignation procedures abroad, and are not allowed to apply for foreign long-term residence permits (green cards), travel passes to Hong Kong and Macau, or permanent residents of Hong Kong and Macau for any reason. 3. Seriously investigate and deal with violations of disciplines and laws
