Dongshan Island Travel Guide

Dongshan Island, sunshine, waves, beaches, lighthouses, blue sky, white clouds, ancient towns, ancient streets, a seaside town that I don't want to leave when I come. My reverie about the seaside can be found here.

Dongshan Island, also called Lingdao, looks like a butterfly, also called Butterfly Island. It is located in the southern coast of Fujian Province, China, and is the second largest island in Fujian Province.

Dress advice

Photo wear: bright or light skirt | Japanese or Thai school uniform | sling with wide-leg pants or skirt.

Prepare hats, sun protection clothes, slippers, sun protection, sunglasses and mosquito repellent. There is a great temperature difference between morning and evening at the seaside. Take a thin coat.

Recommended scenic spots

1, Tianya aojiao (aojiao village)

It is a small fishing village that is not fully developed, with few people and good scenery. You can see more fishing boats and online celebrity caves, but it's too hard to find and dangerous to go. On the way, I met a lovely golden retriever, which followed us all the way.

2. Pentagon bay?

The tide is still rising at noon, but the scenery is really beautiful. You will pass by when you go to Aojiao Village, and the car can be parked on the side of the road.

3. Su Fengshan

I have been there several times, and the aerial scenery around the island is really good. I used to go up for free. I had to take a sightseeing bus to get up this time, so I didn't go up again.

4. Nanyu (ingenious lighthouse)?

When the tide ebbs around four o'clock (with tide table attached), the beach leading to the lighthouse is exposed. This is the location of my love, just like Xu.

5. Nanmenwan?

Recommended by the left ear rooftop, overlooking Nanmen Bay.

Whether it's sunny or rainy, Dingjie is the place you must go! It still retains its original simplicity, and some stores incorporate fresh elements. The style is also very distinctive.

If it is rainy, take an umbrella and shuttle through the jagged alleys. Stairs, corners, plum blossoms, old trees, interesting cafes and small bars all reflect the simple atmosphere of Tongling Town, Dongshan Island, which makes people extremely comfortable ~

Accommodation suggestion

Nanmenwan: Mainly B&B, which is quite lively. The disadvantage is that it is inconvenient to travel and noisy at night.

Jinluan Bay: Convenient transportation, mainly single-family villas and sea-view suites, suitable for go on road trip and group construction.

Suggestions about food

There are many strategies for seafood stalls and ancient breakfast snacks online. Steamed buns went to Aojiao Village to eat seafood! It's really good, cheap and delicious ~

About car rental: there are electric car rentals near Nanmen Bay and Jinluan Bay.

Tips:

1. Pay attention to the tidal time when going to Nanyu Miaoji Lighthouse.

Sufeng Mountain looks beautiful, it is a coastal mountain road, so you can't go up by car now. If you are in a hurry, it is not recommended to go specially.

Nanmenwan sells a lot of things, so compare the prices before buying.
