Crisis is an event that poses a fundamental threat to the security of the whole society and must be decided in the shortest time and with uncertain prospects. Tourism crisis events can be generally divided into: ① uncontrollable natural crises, such as earthquakes, floods and other natural disasters; (2) Man-made natural crises, such as river pollution and land desertification; ③ Man-made social crises, such as ethnic conflicts and terrorist incidents.
