(1) Requirements for Level 1 Translation Examination:

1, passed the national unified examination and obtained the second-level translation certificate of the corresponding language and category;

(2) Requirements for the Grade II and III Translation Examination:
Anyone who abides by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), abides by professional ethics and has a certain level of foreign language can sign up for the examination in the corresponding language and level.
(3) Requirements for applying for exemption from some subjects in the Level 2 Translation Examination:
Postgraduates of translation can take the secondary vocational qualification (level) examination of interpretation or translation during their school days, and only take the examination of interpretation practice or translation practice, and do not take the comprehensive ability examination.
Performance management
Those who take part in the examination must pass two subjects of interpretation or translation at the corresponding level in one examination before they can obtain the People's Republic of China (PRC) Translation Professional Qualification (Level) Certificate.
Examination time: the national foreign language translation certificate examination is held twice a year for junior and intermediate interpreters and translators, and once a year for senior interpreters and translators. Candidates are requested to register with their valid identity documents, provide relevant information as required, and pay the registration fee as required.
