Wuzhen is a famous tourist attraction, attracting a large number of tourists every year. The transportation here is convenient, you can fly or take a train bus. Be sure to book accommodation and transportation before traveling in the tourist season, so as not to affect the travel experience.

How to fly to Wuzhen: If you fly, you can fly to Xiaoshan International Airport, where there is a direct bus to Wuzhen. The bus leaves at 10 in the morning, about every hour, and the last bus leaves at 6 pm. The whole journey takes about one and a half hours.

Train/high-speed train: get off at Tongxiang Railway Station, then take bus k282 from the bus stop of the railway station, get off at Wuzhen Station and transfer to bus k353, get off at Wuzhen Middle School Station and arrive near the east entrance of Daximen, or take bus k282 at Wuzhen New Station and transfer to bus k337 and get off at Wuzhen Old Middle School Station. If it is evening, you can take the night bus k282, transfer to k353 at Egg Market Station and get off at Wuzhen Middle School Station. The whole journey takes about two and a half hours.

Long-distance bus: Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi and other surrounding cities also have shuttle buses to Wuzhen. After arriving at Wuzhen Bus Station, you can take a bus to Dongzha or Tashi. If you take the k353 bus and get off at Wuzhen Middle School Station, or take the k337 bus and get off at Wuzhen Old Middle School Station, you can reach the vicinity of Tashi. Or you can take bus k350 or 350 and get off at Wuzhen Dongzha. At night, you can take the night bus k23 1 and get off at Fengxian Xincun Station, but the walking distance after taking this bus is relatively long.

Self-driving: There are several expressway lines that can reach Wuzhen -S 1 1 Zhajia Expressway, S 12 Shenjiahu Expressway, S 13 Shenjiahu-Hangzhou Expressway, G50 Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway and G60 Shanghai-Kunming Expressway (Shanghai takes Tongxiang exit and Hangzhou takes Tudian exit). There are paid parking lots at both the East Gate and the West Gate. Dongzha parking lot is located in Yezi Road, Wuzhen, with a relatively small area. No parking at night. There are four parking lots in Zhaxi, which are located at the east gate, south gate and north gate of Zhaxi (the north gate is the exit, and the east gate and south gate are the entrances) and the west side of the staff dormitory of Wuzhen Middle School. However, the parking lot on the west side of the dormitory is only open to the public during the Golden Week.

What kinds of food are there in Wuzhen? Dongzha cuisine.

Dongzha area is relatively small and there are fewer places to eat. In addition to eating home-cooked food in homestays, you can also eat in restaurants or stalls. If you want to go to a restaurant for dinner, there is an old shop in the scenic spot called Fengyuan Hotel, which is a designated hotel for tourists here.

Fengyuan Restaurant is a Shui Ge restaurant built in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, located in the west of Dongzha Caishen Bay. This shop mainly deals in local traditional dishes, such as white water fish with chopped peppers, braised mutton, steamed taro with sauced meat, steamed snails with chopped peppers, steamed snails with beef veneer and Fengyuan cake.

Zhaxi gourmet

Because the area of the West Gate is much larger than that of the East Gate, it will have more space to accommodate more delicious food. Only the restaurants officially recommended by Wuzhen have these marks on the map.

Where does Wuzhen live? The accommodation in Dongzha is mainly a homestay run by local people, which belongs to self-employed individuals and is not under the unified management of the scenic spot, and the price will be cheaper than Tashi. If you make an appointment in advance, the landlord can take people to the scenic spot, and you don't need to buy tickets for Dongzha scenic spot, but all the scenic spots in Dongzha must be signed in, which means you can't visit the inside of Dongzha scenic spot without buying tickets.

Tashi's accommodation includes various homestays, hotels, youth tours, budget hotels and holiday hotels. Due to the unified management of scenic spots, the price is expensive, and sometimes it is impossible to book in advance. But relatively speaking, under the unified management of scenic spots, all aspects will be more secure. If you have a room card in Zhaxi Scenic Area, you can go in and out of Zhaxi Scenic Area many times.

It is worth noting that the service provided by Tashi Tourist Center should be luggage storage and delivery service, that is, tourists can deposit their luggage in the tourist center first, and if they live in Tashi, the tourist service center will be responsible for delivering their luggage to the guest room. But the tourist service center in Dongzha only provides luggage storage service. Generally speaking, it will be more economical if you live in Dongzha. If you live in Tashi, you will enjoy more comprehensive services, and it will be more convenient to see the night view of Tashi.

There is a place to stay outside Dongzha Zhaxi, and the price will be cheaper than living in the scenic spot. But Wuzhen, as a famous tourist area, usually has many tourists. If you want to avoid the peak passenger flow, you must grasp the time in the morning and evening. But if you live outside the scenic spot, you can't enter the scenic spot in advance. If you live in a scenic spot, you can go out to play at any time.
