What's the living environment like in Norich, England?

I love Norwich so much! ! ! Charming town, sometimes it is very cold in winter, but it is only -2 degrees or -3 degrees, but there is heating everywhere. In fact, it rains all day is a rumor. The weather there is 10 minutes, and then it will clear up immediately. What I wear most all year round are short sleeves and knitting. Just put on a cotton-padded jacket in winter and take it off indoors.
