(1) Travel agency breach of contract:

1. (2) Tourist breach of contract:

1. If the tourist proposes to terminate the contract before departure, 50% of the total payment for the cancellation of the contract 7 to 4 days in advance shall be paid as liquidated damages.

If the contract is terminated 3 to 1 day in advance, 60% of the total payment will be used as liquidated damages, and 80% of the total payment if the labor contract is terminated on the same day will be used as liquidated damages. If it is not enough to compensate for the travel agency's losses, the actual losses shall be compensated, and the maximum shall not exceed the total cost. The remaining balance should be refunded to the passenger;

2. If the tourist fails to pay the fee as required by the contract, the travel agency has the right to terminate the contract and require the tourist to compensate for the loss;

3. The tourist acts on his own beyond the stipulations of the contract. If the travel agency suffers losses due to the fault of tourists, the tourists shall bear the liability for compensation;
