Most of these ancient bridges are single-hole stone pillars and wooden bridges, which have been preserved intact so far. Zhaixiang is another major feature of Xitang, which is divided into a street lane connecting two parallel streets, a water lane connecting Qianjie and Houhe, and a companion lane located at the inner hall side of the mansion. 122 alleys crisscross, building the overall framework of the ancient town, connecting the new old city. The misty and rainy corridor of more than 2000 meters is the most unique symbol of Xitang architecture, and the veranda has a back stool by the river.
