What are the provinces around Hubei?

The neighboring provinces of Hubei Province include: Hunan, Jiangxi, Anhui, Henan, Shaanxi and Chongqing (municipalities directly under the Central Government). Hubei Province is located in the middle of China, and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River are about 740 kilometers long from east to west and 470 kilometers wide from north to south. The total area is 185900 square kilometers, accounting for 1.94% of the national total area. Huangmei County in the east, Lichuan City in the west, laifeng county in the south and Yunxi County in the north. The terrain is roughly an incomplete basin, surrounded by mountains on three sides, low in the middle and slightly open to the south. In the total area of the province, mountains account for 56%, hills account for 24%, and plain lakes account for 20%, belonging to the Yangtze River water system. Located in the subtropical zone, except for the alpine region, the whole province belongs to the subtropical monsoon humid climate.
