China’s waterway transportation is divided into two categories: coastal shipping and inland waterway shipping.

Most overseas tourists take luxury ferries when traveling on water in China.

Passenger ships sailing along the coast and on rivers and lakes vary in size, and the equipment on board varies greatly. The cabins of large passenger ships are generally divided into five classes: first class (soft sleeper, 1-2 people), second class (soft sleeper, 2-4 people), third class (hard sleeper, 4-8 people), fourth class (8 people) -24 people) and fifth class (hard sleeper), as well as casual seats (including seats). Luxury cruise ships have staterooms (composed of soft sleeper bedrooms, lounges, bathrooms, etc.).

4. Falling into the water

Once you fall into the water, you should calm down. The heat conduction speed of the human body in cold water is much faster than in the air. Try to find a big boat, lifeboat, life raft, and life buoy. Or other floating objects on the water, so that as little parts of your body are exposed to cold water as possible. If you tremble violently and feel severe pain, this is the body's instinctive reaction and there is no danger. You should take quick action, such as fastening your clothes, grabbing floating objects, finding the whistle on the life jacket, turning on the signal light, etc.

5. Float in cold water

Try not to swim unless it is to get close to a nearby boat, a companion in distress, or a floating object that you can rely on or cling to. Unnecessary swimming will "drain" the warm water between the body and clothes, thus increasing the rate of body heat consumption. In addition, meaningless swimming will accelerate the transport of warm blood from the inside of the body to the surface, causing rapid loss of body heat. Loss of body heat can quickly lead to death.
