The relief of a great man on the stone wall of Jin 'ao Peak in Yuchan Mountain is a newly carved scenic spot. This set of stone reliefs is made according to Mr. Jiang's masterpiece "Refugee Map". The stone relief broke ground in July 1987 and was completed in April 1989. The relief is 45 meters long and 3 meters high, which is magnificent. This painting has more than 100 characters, which fully shows people's suffering under the ravages of the Japanese invaders, and the tragic scene of sadness and bones everywhere.
Mr. Jiang's Map of Refugees was created in Beiping 1943, an occupied area during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period. The original picture is 27 meters long and 2 meters high. At that time, Mr. Jiang lived in Beiping and witnessed the tragic scene brought to the Chinese nation by the Japanese invaders. The cruel reality strongly shocked his soul, so he angrily picked up a brush and dipped it in blood and tears to create a refugee map.
From right to left, we can see the contemplation of endangered old people, the lament of farmers who have left their homes, the indignation of young farmers with big hoes, the pyramid-shaped barrier built by mothers and children who have escaped the bombing by enemy planes, the bones lying under broken walls, the call of children begging in the streets, the hard steps of unemployed and disabled workers, the women who are driven crazy, the old people who want to hang themselves, and the sadness of being unable to support the young professors. Finally, the two intellectuals are looking forward to the dawn of the motherland's recovery ... The reason why this picture scroll has become a great picture scroll in the history of modern figure painting in China lies not only in its historical theme, but also in its exquisite artistic expression of combining the realistic skills of Chinese painting with western painting, and its in-depth description of the inner world of the characters.
