Complaint:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing you this letter to make a complaint for my current unpleasant travel. My wife and I joined your traveling group to He Nan from Nov.11-15. During our journey, the tour kept pursuading us buying local specialties, which made us very uncomfortable. We know what we like and wish to make our own choice. Hope this will not happen to the other travelers.
