How many sets of clothes should I take for traveling abroad 15 days?

Theoretically, how many sets of clothes should I take for a few days? The clothes here are not set every day, but should be, for example, seven tops (including coats, shirts and underwear balabala)+ eight pairs of pants (pants, trousers and underwear) balabala. But it depends on whether you are diligent or not. When going abroad, sometimes four shirts and three coats a month are almost enough. I wash them more often. I don't care what they go with.
