The stew pot has a stainless steel inner pot, which can be used to stew a variety of porridge, desserts, Chinese medicine, tea, etc. It can also be carried with you when going to work, traveling, or exercising.

Sugar can be added during the smoldering process, but the time must be controlled. If it is rock sugar, it is recommended to put it in at the beginning, and white sugar can be put in last.

Rock sugar white fungus:

1. Soak the white fungus for about 1 to 1.5 hours, tear it into pieces and set aside. Cut the pear into small pieces; tear the red dates and remove the cores.

2. At the same time, weigh 60~70% of the water in the stew pot (the more ingredients, the less water, it is best to fill the stew pot just right), pour it into the pot and set aside. Then fill the stewing pot with boiling water and cover it to preheat for one minute.

3. Put the pre-measured water and white fungus into the pot and bring to a boil. After boiling, add the auxiliary ingredients (snow pears, red dates), etc., stir evenly and then pour them into the stew pot together. Close the lid tightly and leave it for more than 6 hours before serving.
