There is also a legend that in the past, when Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty Liu Che enshrined Nanyue Tianzhu, he passed through a high mountain in Yuexi County, Anhui. Because the emperor did not turn back, he did not leave the mountain for two months. He sighed and said: "This mountain is so big that it is unlike any other in the world. "The Dabie Mountains got their name from this.

If you want to fully understand the Dabie Mountains, you will probably have to live there for a few months and drive there for a few weeks. I can only say that I know a little bit about it.

I made an appointment with several riding friends (Daxian, Sabin, Pan Jie, Vicissitudes, Lao Liu), drove to Huangmei Kuzhu. It was raining when we arrived, so it was better. The weather was cooler. We loaded up and set off, full of vigor and high spirits.

When we went down the mountain into Qichun County, the road conditions were extremely bad, worse than a washboard road. Da Xian said that he had a concussion soup after being shocked. He originally thought that going down the mountain would be more comfortable and refreshing, but it turned out I was careful, my hands were numb, and I was even more tired than going uphill. I only rode 35 kilometers in the morning, including going down the mountain. I was very tired when I arrived at Tongzi Township for lunch. Today, I had a total of 105. Kilometers, 70 kilometers in the afternoon...

In the afternoon, we started climbing from Tongzi to Xiangqiao Township. From Jieling back to Huangmei, it was still the Qichun section, and the road construction still left us speechless

Waiting until the mountains It was already 5:00 in the afternoon, and there were still 40 kilometers left. We thought it would be an easy ride, but it turned out that we had to ride at night, and we didn’t bring a flashlight.

Finally, we arrived back at Kuzhu, and it was already around 7:00. Fortunately, we had ridden for 20 kilometers. Minutes of traveling at night, no surprises. As for the Dabie Mountains, I only rely on the places I have reached. There are still many unknowns waiting for me to ride and explore slowly.
