Tourist attractions in Beihu District

Founded in 1975, it is located in the city center and covers an area of 474 mu. The amusement facilities in the park are colorful and the scenery is elegant and pleasant. Trees and flowers are planted everywhere, and the trees are shaded and the flowers are overflowing all year round.

Yangtianhu scenic tourist area

Tian Yang Lake is located in the southwest of Beihu District, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, with an altitude of 1356 meters and a planned area of1/0.2 hectares. It is the only well-preserved alpine grassland in southern China. The planning area is divided into four parts: Tianhu Grassland, Tian Yang Giant Buddha, Anyuan Stone Forest and Canyon Terrace.

Longnv Spa

Hot spring is located in Tongkeng Lake Village, suburb of Beihu District, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, 5 kilometers away from Chenzhou city center. Longnv Hot Spring covers an area of more than 20 mu.

Wenfeng Tower

Located in Guabangshan, Tongxiang Market, Lutang Town, Beihu District, it was built in Tongzhi period of Qing Dynasty (1793), and has been rebuilt twice in Tongzhi eleven years (1872) and 1994, with a history of 200 years. Wenfeng Tower is east-west, with seven octagons and a height of 24.25 meters. This is a brick tower with a tile roof. 1994 was announced as a county-level cultural relics protection unit by the former Chen County People's Government.

Yidiling

Yidi Mausoleum is the mausoleum of Yidi at the end of Qin Dynasty, with a history of more than 2,200 years. It is the earliest witness of Chenzhou's history and an important symbol of Chenzhou's historical and cultural city. First announced after the founding of the People's Republic of China, it is the only provincial-level cultural relics protection unit in the city center. After the founding of New China, it was renovated three times. The third time, it started on February 2005 1 and was completed on September 2006 at 65438+6, opening to the outside world for the first time. Its east entrance and west entrance are located on Wenhua Road and Heping Road respectively. On August 1 day, 2009, the Yidi Mausoleum was officially opened to the public free of charge.

Former residence of Deng Hua

Located in the northwest corner of Beifu Village, Lutang Town, Beihu District, Chenzhou City, it was built in 19 14, belonging to the late Qing Dynasty. Covering an area of 500 square meters, it faces south, with brick and wood structure, sealed volcanic wall and small blue tile hard roof. The former residence has two floors, such as hall, wing and miscellaneous room, with a total of 32 rooms. The former residence is basically well preserved. 1998 was announced by the people's government of Beihu District as a district-level cultural relics protection unit. In May 2006, it was announced by the Hunan Provincial People's Government as the eighth batch of provincial cultural relics protection units.

Liugu dwellings

Liu ancient residential group was founded in Qing dynasty, covering an area of about 2700 square meters. It is a southern Hunan residential style with a blue brick horse-headed wall. Each building has a depth of two and four buildings are connected, which has high carving artistic value. In June 2005, it was announced as a district-level cultural relics protection unit by the Beihu District People's Government.
