According to the Real Rules of Travel Agency Regulations, the branch name of a travel agency should include the name of the establishment agency, the place name of the branch and the words "branch" or "branch", which can be changed after the formalities are completed.

Attached to the Articles of Association of Travel Agency are the relevant regulations of branch of a travel agency:

Article 18 branch of a travel agency (hereinafter referred to as branches, the same below) and service outlets of travel agencies (hereinafter referred to as service outlets, the same below) do not have the qualifications of legal persons, and engage in business activities stipulated in the Regulations in the name of travel agencies that set up branches and service outlets (hereinafter referred to as establishment agencies, the same below). The responsibility and consequences of its business activities shall be borne by the establishment organ.

Article 19 After the establishment of a branch is registered by the administrative department for industry and commerce where the branch is located, the established dispatched office shall file the following documents with the tourism administrative department at the same level of industrial and commercial registration where the branch is located:

(a) the branch business license;

(2) Resume and identity certificate of the branch manager;

(3) documents certifying the increase of quality deposit.

If there is no tourism administrative department at the same level, it shall be filed with the tourism administrative department at the next higher level.

Article 20 The business premises, business facilities and equipment of a branch company shall meet the requirements of Articles 6 and 7 of these Detailed Rules.

The name of a branch shall include the name of the establishment, the place name of the branch and the words "branch" or "branch".

Twenty-first service outlets refer to the sales offices and other institutions established by travel agencies to attract tourists and sign travel contracts with tourists in the name of travel agencies.

The establishment of cooperatives can set up service outlets within the administrative divisions of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government; If a cooperative establishes branches outside the administrative division of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government, it may set up service outlets within the administrative division of the city where the branch is located. Branches may not set up service outlets.

The establishment of cooperatives shall not set up service outlets outside the areas specified in the preceding paragraph.

Twenty-second service outlets should be located in public places that are convenient for tourists to know and enter.

The name and logo of service outlets shall include the name of the establishment institution, the place name of service outlets, etc. , shall not contain content that makes consumers misunderstand as travel agencies or branches, and shall not use abbreviations that are easy to mislead consumers.

Service outlets shall attract tourists and provide tourism consulting services within the business scope set up by the agency.

Twenty-third service outlets set up in the service outlets where the administrative department for Industry and commerce registration, the establishment of institutions shall, within 3 working days, submit the following documents to the tourism administrative department at the same level of industrial and commercial registration where the service outlets are located:

(a) the business license of the service outlets;

(two) the resume and identity certificate of the service outlet manager.

If there is no tourism administrative department at the same level, it shall be filed with the tourism administrative department at the next higher level.

Twenty-fourth branches, service outlets for the record, the tourism administrative department that accepts the record shall issue the "branch of a travel agency Record Registration Certificate" or "Travel Agency Service Network Record Registration Certificate" to the travel agency.

Twenty-fifth the establishment of cooperatives shall conclude labor contracts with employees of branches and service outlets.

The establishment of cooperatives should strengthen the management of branches and service outlets, implement unified personnel, finance, soliciting contributions and reception system norms for branches, and implement unified management, finance, soliciting contributions and consulting service norms for service outlets.
