Liuliqu village tourism
The glazed workshop is a Qing dynasty building. The two courtyards face south, and the houses are connected by cloisters. The gate is wide and the entrance is deep. The gatehouse is beautifully carved with bricks. There are three upside-down houses in the front yard. One wing, two east and west wings, hard mountain wing top, stone diaolou. There are three east and west wing rooms in the backyard, with hard mountain wings, slab tiles and front and rear corridors. There are three main rooms, two rooms on both sides, hard mountain beams, exquisite brick carvings on the eaves and five vertical steps. During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, the Royal Liulichang moved to Liuliqu Village, and the Ministry of Industry sent personnel to preside over the firing. The glass ornaments used in important buildings in Beijing, especially the Forbidden City, imperial tombs, gardens and other important royal buildings, are basically fired in Liuliqu kiln. So at that time, the Ministry of Industry built this house in Liuliqu kiln supervision and burning office.
1985, Mentougou District Government announced that Liuli Factory was the second batch of cultural relics protection units. Guandi Temple in Liuliqu Village is far away from street buildings, at the west entrance of Liuliqu Village, close to the ancient road, commonly known as Laoye Temple. Guandi Temple, built in the Ming Dynasty, is a complete quadrangle, with three halls, hard mountain beams, glazed tile roofs, a row of hills, a small animal's drooping ridge, front porch, double eaves rafters and colorful paintings on the beams. There are eight steps in front of the main hall. There is a wing on each side of the main hall, with an ingot top and five steps. There are three rooms and three halls in each hatchback, and five steps on the top of the hard mountain ingot.
This temple was originally dedicated to the statue of Guan Di. There is a glass sumeru in the temple, which is beautifully shaped. On both sides of the glass base, there are statues of Zhou Cang and Guan Ping. There are six inscriptions of Ming and Qing dynasties in front of the temple, which describe the reconstruction process of past dynasties and the names of donors. There are records of building stone bridges and theaters in front of the temple. China's love for Guandi Temple in rural areas is well known, so it is not surprising that we saw such a large-scale Guandi Temple in a small village in the suburbs of Beijing.
1985, Mentougou District Government announced Guandi Temple as the second batch of cultural relics protection units. Wanyuan Tongshan Tea Shed is located in the north of the village, which is the largest tea shed on the fragrant road leading to Miao Feng. During the temple fair, it was built on the incense road to provide rest and food for pilgrims along the way. Wanyuan Tongshan Tea Shed is an ancient temple-style building, facing the road and backed by Qingshan. The tea shed is well built, with a spacious hall and six halls. The halls are connected in a hook shape, with a rolled roof in front, a hard gable in the back, a green glazed tile on the top, and a floor tile on the wall, with a yellow glaze on the top. There are five hatchbacks with halls, and the main hall and hall are built on stone foundations. The courtyard is paved with square bricks, and the front of the courtyard is cedar aconite gate and wooden fence.
The walls on both sides of the door of the tea shed are inlaid with colorful glass components with the words "evergreen forever" The shed yard is surrounded by red walls. There is an ancient well inside and outside the courtyard of the tea shed, and there is a big stone trough next to it. The words "Wanyuan Tongshan Tea Shed" are engraved on the side of the stone trough. Stone troughs were originally used for storing water and drinking water for livestock.
During the Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty, Zhao, a kiln merchant, built the road from the north of the village to the ferry and opened up Shanxin South Road to make incense. In order to facilitate more pilgrims to take Xinnan Road and pass by the kiln factory, he also set up a tea shed and a racecourse in Zhao's temple yard. During the Guangxu period, it was rebuilt again. Pilgrims and tourists make a pilgrimage from the city to Miaofeng Mountain, where they store their cars and horses, and transfer to sedan chairs to face the top.

Ugly Villa is located on the hillside south of Liuliqu Village, Mentougou District. Covering an area of 400 mu, it has planted more than 20,000 fruit trees, with a total construction area of 1000 square meters, and has perfect accommodation and conference reception capacity. At the foot of the mountain is Liuliqu Village with a long history and profound glass culture. Many historical sites in the village are very precious cultural relics. The villa has 20 standard rooms, complete dining room and meeting room, billiards, karaoke and other entertainment facilities to provide tourists with comfortable and hygienic accommodation. Whether it is a gathering of friends, family leisure or a small meeting, it is particularly worth mentioning that there is also a small farm zoo where chickens, geese and livestock are kept, which is specially for tourists, especially children, to get close to each other.
