Four famous Buddhist mountains

1. Putuo Mountain

Located in Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province, it is a 5A-level tourist attraction. According to Volume 68 of the New Avatamsaka Sutra: The Bodhisattva lives in the Butuo Luojia Mountain in the South China Sea, so his residence is in the Saha world. Among the many Bodhisattvas, the most familiar to people is Guanyin Bodhisattva, who is a symbol of compassion.

2. Jiuhua Mountain

Located in Chizhou City, Anhui Province, it is a 5A-level tourist attraction. Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's great wish: If hell is not empty, I swear not to become a Buddha; to measure all living beings, and to achieve Bodhi. Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is a Bodhisattva who represents the most filial piety and goodness. Only by rescuing all sentient beings from hell can he achieve Buddhahood.

3. Mount Emei

Located in Leshan City, Sichuan Province, it is a 5A-level tourist attraction. Samantabhadra Bodhisattva once made ten great vows, and is known as the King of Ten Great Vows in the world, which is a symbol of practice. Samantabhadra represents practice, applying and implementing filial piety, compassion, and wisdom into daily life.

4. Mount Wutai

Located in Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, it is a 5A-level tourist attraction. Manjushri Bodhisattva, known in the world as the great wisdom Manjushri Bodhisattva, is a symbol of great wisdom. Buddhism is born according to wisdom. Manjushri Bodhisattva was originally the teacher of the World Honored One and the teacher of the Seven Buddhas. In this era of teaching the Dharma, he manifested himself as a Bodhisattva.

Mingshan went public

In 2012, Jiuhuashan Tourism entered the preliminary IPO review list of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. This was the first time Jiuhuashan Tourism had failed after two failed IPOs in April 2004 and December 2009. It was the third time to break through the A-share listing. In the first half of 2012, the Putuoshan Scenic Area Management Committee began to work on the listing and restructuring of related companies. As of June 2014, Putuoshan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. has entered the listing preparatory counseling period.

The listing of Mount Wutai has also been listed as one of the important tasks by the local government. As early as 1997, Emeishan Tourism Co., Ltd. was listed on the Shenzhen Main Board in the name of developing the tourism economy. Affected by the news of Putuoshan's planned listing, Emeishan's stock price soared by more than 5% during the session on the 2nd.
