Tibet-Nepal is a good route. The local conditions and customs are unique and can't be seen inland.

There are many introductions about Tibet on the Internet. Do more homework, plan the route, and which scenic spots must be visited.

There were Namco and Lhasa before Tibet, followed by Ali and Everest base camp.

Linzhi area is called Jiangnan, which is similar to many places in Sichuan. In fact, you don't have to look at it.

However, the best time to travel in Tibet is May 10. It's really too early to go now

Go to India. I strongly recommend giving up. Unless you are very interested in Buddhism, the three Arab countries are only dirty, chaotic and poor except Buddhist monuments.

The most important thing to note is: altitude sickness. If there are people with altitude sickness at home, they can't escape. Think about how to deal with it!
