How does minecraft make a map?

This paper will introduce in detail how to make a map in My World from the following parts: collecting resources, making maps, using maps, expanding maps and copying maps.

In My World, a map is an area map used to view the explored terrain. Make a small map first, and then slowly expand it into a map of your exploration area. You can also give the map to other players to help them find the good things you made, such as the maze you built.

Part I: Collecting resources

Step 1: First, make 8 sheets of paper.

Generally, you can find it near the coast or other water bodies when you hold it. Harvest or sow.

You can constantly expand your map afterwards, so that you can plant more sugar cane to make more paper.

Step 2: Make a compass.

Part II: Making maps

Step 1: Place the compass in the center of the production workbench.

Step 2: Around the paper.

Step 3: Get an empty map.

Shift-click, or drag to the project bar.

Part III: Using Maps

Step 1: Right-click the empty map you want to explore.

It will show the situation in the area around the player. At first, the map is very small.

Part IV: Expanding the map

Step 1: Find eight more pieces of paper.

Step 2: Put the initial map in the middle box.

Step 3: Put 8 pieces of paper around the map as before.

Step 4: Get the extended map.

Hold down the Shift key and click or drag into the backpack.

Step 5: Until the map is big enough.

It should be noted that when the local map is medium or large, more areas need to be explored to display on the map.

Part V: Copy the map

Want to give a friend a map to explore, or show him the maze you made? You can do this easily by copying the map.

Step 1: Make an empty map (as above).

Step 2: Place the existing map next to the new map on the production platform.

Just put it anywhere.

Step 3: Take two maps, a new map and an old map.

Hold down the Shift key or drag it to the backpack.

To give a friend a new map, press Q to send out the map in your hand. Will throw the map out, and friends can pick it up and use it.
