Can minors travel to Korea without relatives?

Minors can't apply for a visa to go abroad without a guardian unless there are documents to prove that they are adults or that the person you are going with is your guardian.

Common sense of tourist visa in Korea-

Visitors holding passports of Taiwan Province Province and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region can stay in Korea for 30 days without a visa; Passport holders from Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand can stay in Korea for 90 days without a visa. Visitors with China passports can apply for visa-free entry to Jeju Island in South Korea for 30 days (the Korean Consulate has specific regulations on the qualifications of applicants, please consult the local consulate for details). China tourists with valid visas and exit air tickets from the United States, Canada and Japan can stay in South Korea for 15 days after passing the entry examination. In other cases, you must first apply for a visa from the Korean embassy or consulate, and you can ask the nearby embassy or consulate for details of the materials needed to apply for a visa.

[Work visa]]

The application for a work visa is handled in Korea (by the employer), but I have to get a visa in my own country to enter Korea. Even if I am in Korea, I must go back to my own country once, and I can get a legal job after I return to Korea again. The validity period of the work visa is 1 year, and the application takes 2~4 weeks. If you continue to extend your visa without changing your employer, you can apply in Korea. After entering the country with a work visa, you need to apply for a residence permit at the immigration office. It is illegal to work in Korea without a work visa, and it is found that you need to pay a fine.

[Visa extension]

Except for special circumstances such as accidents, health deterioration and flight cancellation, tourist visas are generally not extended. For other types of visas, you must apply to the immigration office in each region at least 1 day before the expiration date.

[Re-entry visa]

When traveling abroad with a work visa, you should apply for a multiple-entry visa or a one-time visa in advance to avoid cancellation of the visa. You can apply and go through the formalities at various entry-exit offices, and the handling fees are 50,000 won and 30,000 won respectively.

South Korean tour groups have been fully liberalized to travel to South China. Originally limited to four municipalities directly under the central government, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Chongqing, and five provinces, such as Shandong, Jiangsu, Anhui and Shaanxi, the scope of tour groups to Korea has now expanded to all parts of the country, and the team size has been reduced from at least 9 to 5 (including the leader). Travel agencies specializing in Korean tourism have also expanded to 66 in China and 56 in South Korea. Franchised travel agencies in China set up special personnel to handle group visas in embassies and consulates in China.

When submitting the application form, China Travel Agency should provide the document signed and sealed by the president of the travel agency, as well as the valid passport and group tourist visa application form of each tourist in the group. Previously, the China government only implemented the tourism liberalization policy in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. South Korea is the first country in China to fully liberalize group tourism outside Chinese-speaking countries.
