The Application of Psychology in Work and Life

At the important moment when our whole Taiwan is vigorously building a media-integrated society, I have the honor to lead you to experience and share the application of psychology in work and life.

First of all, we did a "chicken becomes phoenix" hot field activity to feel the mystery of growth!

Just like our personal growth is not easy, the development of psychology is also progressing in twists and turns. When it comes to psychology, people may think of "mental illness" or "mental illness". So here, we must first clarify that, like our traditional TV media, with the development of society, the mission of the psychological industry has gone through three different development processes: from the initial treatment of mental illness to the second stage of psychological education.

In addition, I emphasized that in the process of learning, in addition to learning some new ideas and practical skills, it is more important to realize and gradually cultivate the thinking mode of "dare to be social innovators, industry pioneers and self-transcenders"! Below I will talk about some of my thoughts in combination with our work.

first of all, I feel that we can further play the social service function of the people's livelihood and morals hotline. We may have heard that there is a famous "cat kicking effect" in psychology, which depicts a vicious circle caused by the infection of bad emotions. A father was criticized by his boss in the company. When he got home, he was very angry. When he saw the child jumping on the sofa, he scolded him. When the child was angry, he vented his anger on the cat rolling around and kicked the cat hard. The cat fled to the street, just as a truck came, and the driver injured the child on the side of the road to avoid the cat. This story tells us that if we can't adjust negative emotions in time, we will involuntarily join the team of "kicking cats"-being kicked by others and kicking others.

In the hotline we received, we may have some problems reflected by the masses that we really can't report, or even if we did, we can't solve the fundamental problems, but we can let the anxiety or anger of the masses have a vent by listening attentively and loving each other. I think this can also be regarded as a contribution of our media workers in the social governance service system! We can also achieve the goal of our mainstream media to achieve social harmony through public opinion guidance and supervision through this "curve saving the country" way!

In order to deeply feel the importance of listening attentively in our work and life, we then did an experience activity-feeling the difference between being listened attentively and being perfunctory when communicating!

Some time ago, the article "What media services should be provided by county-level media centers under the new norms" issued by the leaders in the group also mentioned that county-level media in the new era can provide services such as education and tourism, and then we will talk about education first.

I feel that our current education industry can develop in a deeper, higher and wider dimension! It's just a holiday, and we may also see many advertisements for various youth training courses and training camps, some of which improve learning skills and some develop mental potential; There are two or three thousand fees, and there are also two or three thousand. Our existing small host training courses mainly give full play to the advantages of our traditional media and the specialties of hosts. Let's think about it this way. If we can further explore and cultivate the specialties of each employee, can we offer more colorful education training courses? Of course, none of us are born teachers. As long as we are interested and study actively, I believe that in the near future, many of us who are crouching tiger, hiding dragon can show our talents in the media industry and services!

Of course, the premise of these ideas is that we media people should have excellent psychological capital, positive psychological quality and psychological emotions. Next, we will explore the positive qualities that each of us may not have paid attention to through "polishing my golden signboard" and mutual praise experience activities.

Through this activity, I feel benefited a lot: Zhang Na's sharing made me realize that truly self-disciplined people are the most free; Director Zhang Ning's sharing taught me that details determine success or failure; Sharing with the teacher made me feel that tolerance requires practice; Teacher Yang's sharing made me understand that everyone will be better only if they are good enough. Teacher Cao's sharing made me see that being a beautiful and gentle woman is the blessing of people around me; The sharing of Maotai made me understand that a good family style is the most precious wealth left by parents to their children; Liu Tai's sharing made me realize that being serious and responsible requires strong psychological capital!

after education, I want to talk about our tourism industry. Our current tourism business has also had an extraordinary response since it was launched, which also shows that our business is in line with the market demand. How to make this service better and go further? I think this innovative course of Psychology Online School-"Heart Companion: Research and Application of Psychology in Tourism" can give us some inspiration.

Our traditional tourism may often be "get on the bus and sleep, get off the bus and take photos", while the soul-companion tourism is a combination of ecological psychology+cultural psychology+embodied cognitive psychology+evolutionary psychology, and the design of tourism route has also changed from a single landscape to a three-line combination of landscape+psychological line+cultural line. Combined with the scenic features and regional culture in the journey, we can fully mobilize everyone's inner positive quality and realize people's spiritual growth in the journey by setting up spiritual growth toolbox, self-help tips and giving full play to the natural and cultural motivation on the spot.

Next, we have a more intuitive understanding of its content and form by enjoying several wonderful videos of soul mates: The first video is a parent-child soul mate filmed by Guangdong TV, and they made a special program at that time; The second video is a psychological guide leading tourists to make a deep link with their mother at Hulun Lake. The third video is a spiritual growth activity of "being grateful to the nobles in life" done in front of Aobao by understanding Aobao culture.

I believe that this design of tourism+psychology+culture can not only improve the service level of our tourism industry, meet people's high-level psychological needs of physical and mental pleasure and upward life, but also give full play to our advantages of integrating media, and carry out rich and touching live or recorded reality show columns or vibrato short videos on mobile phones and televisions, thus enriching our program content and powder-sucking resources!

In addition, I feel that all the information or programs that have been widely concerned are quite off-center. We can set up special programs such as "Listen to My Heart" and "Family Story Club" on radio, television, newspapers and other platforms, so as to cultivate a positive social mentality and improve happiness through the integration of media.
