Where is Yangzonghai Tourist Resort located?

yangzonghai tourist resort is a provincial-level tourist resort, centered on the lakeside in the north of yangzonghai, and located 35km from Kunming to Shilin high-grade highway. Yangzonghai, Kunming is 36 kilometers away from Kunming, and there is 326 national highway (namely Kunhe Highway) passing through it, which spans Chengjiang, Chenggong and Yiliang counties. It is named because Dali was inhabited by strong tribes (later renamed Yangzong). Ming and Qing Dynasties were called Ming Lake. The lake was shaped like a giant shoe, with two wide ends and a slightly narrow middle. It was 177 meters above sea level, about 12 kilometers long from north to south and about 3 kilometers wide from east to west. The lake covers an area of 3 square kilometers, with an average water depth of 22 meters and the deepest depth of 3 meters. Yangzonghai Lake is a plateau rift lake, with flat shore, uneven bottom, caves and reefs, green water color and high transparency. It is a freshwater lake, and the lake is rich in famous golden thread fish. Lake water mainly comes from the surrounding Tangquan River and rainwater accumulation. In 196, due to the construction of Tang Chi thermal power plant, Baiyi River was diverted to Yangzonghai. Tangdi Canal in Hunan is the outlet. Water flows into Nanpanjiang River, the Pearl River system.

Yangzonghai Lake in Kunming is a juvenile lake with a flat shore, a steep bottom, a deep lake and coarse sediments. By contrast, Yang Zonghai is really down-to-earth, simple and steady. Yangzonghai in Kunming was called "osawa" and Yixiu Lake in ancient times, and was also called Minghu Lake in Ming Dynasty. According to historical records, Yangzonghai was named after its residence: there were thirty-seven departments in Nanzhao Dali period, a strong clan department in Minghu area, and a thousand strong clan offices in Baoyou, Nanning (AD 1256). After the strong Sect was mistaken for Yang Sect, it was named Yang Zonghai. In the Yuan Dynasty, Yangzong was called "Big Pool", and there were hot springs beside the pool, so it was also called "Tang Chi". Yangzong Sea has beautiful scenery, clear blue waves and deep blue as a mirror. The rocky valleys along the lake are steep and beautiful. According to the Records of Chengjiang Prefecture, "Every time the lake meets a clear sky, the clouds converge and the shadows are clear and blue, and the fishing songs answer each other. Sailing is like drawing pictures. The scenery is called" the lake is clear and blue ",which is one of the four scenic spots in Yangzong County in the Ming and Qing Dynasties."
