Motor vehicle drivers have one of the following traffic violations, 3 points:

(two) driving a motor vehicle other than a school bus, a medium-sized passenger car or a dangerous goods transport vehicle on a road outside expressway or an urban expressway, and the speed exceeds 20% but does not reach 50%;

(three) driving a motor vehicle on an expressway or an urban expressway without following the prescribed lane;

(four) driving a motor vehicle without overtaking or giving way according to the regulations, or retrograde on the road outside expressway and urban expressways;

(five) driving a motor vehicle in front of the queue or driving slowly, overtaking or occupying the opposite lane, interspersed with waiting vehicles;

(six) driving a motor vehicle to make or answer a hand-held phone and other acts that hinder safe driving.
