4.5 Party A shall provide Party B with forklift trucks and pallet equipment for product loading and unloading operations, and be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the equipment to ensure the normal use of Party B. ..

4.6 Party A shall not use Party B's products in the warehouse as collateral for Party A's debts or other disputes at any time for any reason. Offenders are invalid and compensated according to the facts.

4.7 Party A is responsible for the insurance of warehouse facilities.

Article 5 Party B's responsibilities

5. 1 It is forbidden to store inflammable, explosive, toxic and corrosive dangerous goods in the warehouse rented by Party B, otherwise Party B will be responsible for the consequences.

5.2 Party B shall consciously abide by the national fire regulations and the relevant provisions of Party A's safety management, and shall not add any electrical equipment without Party A's consent. Party B shall consciously accept Party A's fire safety inspection, and timely cooperate with the rectification of potential safety hazards found in the inspection. Otherwise, Party A will terminate the contract and pursue relevant responsibilities.

5.3 The warehouse provided by Party A to Party B shall only be used for warehouse management of Party B, and shall not be used by others, mortgaged or engaged in illegal activities.

5.4 Without the consent of Party A, Party B shall not change the use of the warehouse or modify the warehouse.

5.5 The goods and articles in the warehouse shall be insured by Party B itself.

Article 6 Time limit for contract modification and termination

When an accident of force majeure directly affects the performance of the contract or the contract cannot be performed according to the agreed conditions, the party with force majeure shall immediately notify the other party of the accident in writing, and shall provide the details of the accident and valid proof documents of the reasons why the contract cannot be performed or partially cannot be performed or needs to be postponed within days. This certificate should be issued by the institution where the accident occurred. Article 7 Termination of the Contract

Article 9 Validity period

9. 1 This letter of intent is valid for seven (7) days from the effective date. During the term of this letter of intent, Party B shall negotiate with Party A and sign a formal lease contract. Party B shall complete the procedures of repossession with Party A within fifteen (15) days from the date of signing the lease contract.

9.2 If Party B fails to negotiate and sign a lease contract with Party A within the validity period, Party A has the right to confiscate the deposit at the expiration of the validity period, and this Letter of Intent is terminated. Meanwhile, Party A has the right to lease the leased warehouse to a third party.

9.3 If both parties sign a formal lease contract within the validity period, this letter of intent will automatically become invalid from the effective date of signing the lease contract.

Article 10 Deposit for signing a lease contract

10. 1 Both parties agree that when signing this letter of intent, Party B shall pay Party A RMB equivalent to one (1) month's rent as a security deposit.

10.2 Both parties agree that if Party B fails to pay the above deposit to Party A within three (3) days from the date of signing this Letter of Intent, this Letter of Intent will be automatically dissolved, and Party A has the right to lease the leased warehouse separately.
