Definition of livelihood issues
Legal analysis: People's livelihood refers to the daily life of people and residents, such as clothing, food, housing, transportation, employment, entertainment, family, associations, companies, tourism and so on. In a broad sense, the concept of people's livelihood refers to all things related to people's livelihood, including things directly and indirectly related to people's livelihood. All these require the joint efforts of society and government, such as the content of highway law.
Legal basis: National Highway Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Article 1 This Law is formulated in order to strengthen the construction and management of highways, promote the development of highway undertakings and meet the needs of socialist modernization and people's life.
