It was originally a shrine dedicated to Zhuge Liang, also known as Kongming Temple, Zhuge Temple and Prime Minister Temple. After the restoration of past dynasties, Wuhou Temple has formed a grand architectural complex, which consists of four parts: Han Zhaolie Temple, Wuhou Temple, Hui Ling Temple and Sanyi Temple, and belongs to the cultural heritage protection area of Chengdu Wuhou Temple Museum.
