Why the Yipinshanhe Travel Card cannot be refunded?

1. You can first approach the customer service of Tongcheng Travel. If you are not satisfied with the processing result, you can call the 12315 consumer complaint hotline. On your phone, tap Dial in the lower left corner.

2. Click the dialing keyboard in the lower right corner, enter 12315 in the keyboard and click the dialing icon below.

3. After dialing the number, you can directly follow the voice prompts to transfer the manual customer service complaint process.
