The Natural Environment of Yeniugou Township

The territory is rich in natural resources, and there are many kinds and quantities of wildlife resources. Wild yaks, snow leopards, Ma Xiong, white-lipped deer and other rare birds and animals thrive here. More than 80 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines such as mushrooms, Saussurea involucrata and Cordyceps sinensis are widely distributed. There are more than 40 kinds of proven mineral resources, such as iron, manganese, copper, gold, asbestos, coal and precious stones.
