What textbooks do English tour guides need?

I just took the exam this year. The written test is the same as Chinese, except that the oral test is an English test. The content of the oral test induces swimming words, and the short passage is read and retelled to guide common sense. Tour guide words include welcome words, farewell words and scenic spots.
