According to Baidu Encyclopedia, Fushun is located in the east of Liaoning Province, bordering Jilin Province in the east, Shenyang in the west, Tieling in the north and Benxi in the south. Fushun, the northeast heavy industry base, is famous for its rich coal resources and is known as the "coal capital".
