What are the famous scenic spots in Haikou?

Haikou is located on the west side of Nandujiang Estuary on Hainan Island, at the mouth of Nandujiang to the sea, so it is named Haikou. Haikou, the capital of Hainan, is rich in tourism resources and unique in natural landscape and cultural attractions, making it a good place for holiday tourism.

Haikou must visit eight scenic spots.

1. Haikou Qilou Old Street.

Qilou Old Street is the most distinctive street landscape in Haikou. Four Pailou, the oldest building, was built in the Southern Song Dynasty and has a history of more than 7 years. 3. Haikou Crater National Geopark.

Crater World Geopark is located in Shishan Town, xiuying district, 15 kilometers southwest of Haikou City. It is a national 4A-level scenic spot and the only tropical island city volcanic group geopark in China. The Haikou volcanic group is a rare Quaternary volcanic group in the world, with 4 volcanic cones and more than 3 lava tunnels about 1, years ago, which can be called a rare volcanic wonder. Friends who come to Hainan must not miss it.

4. Holiday Beach.

Holiday Beach is located next to Binhai Avenue in the west of Haikou City, with a length of 6 kilometers. It is the most representative seaside tourist and leisure resort in Haikou City and the favorite beach for tourists. Beach, sunshine, sea water, sand beach and coconut trees form a beautiful and moving natural picture, as if you were at the ends of Sanya.

5. Wugong Temple.

When thinking about the past and expressing your feelings in Hainan, you must go to Wugong Ci. Located at the border of Haikou City and Qiongshan City, the temple is composed of a group of ancient buildings, such as Wugong Ci, Su Gong Feeding, Guanjiatang, Xuepu Hall, Wugong Jingshe and Qiongyuan, which are commonly referred to as Wugong Temple. It has the reputation of "the first building in Hainan", and one of the eight scenic spots in Haikou City, "the colorful temples", is here. 6. Haikou Bell Tower.

Haikou Bell Tower is one of the eight scenic spots in Haikou, and it is also a must-see place in Haikou. I have never seen the bell tower, and I am embarrassed to say that I have been to Haikou. It is not only unique in landscape, but also especially suitable for cycling. Haikou Bell Tower was founded in 1928, which was initiated by Zhou Chengmei, a patriotic overseas Chinese from Qiong nationality. After the completion of the bell tower, it has become the most unique and eye-catching landmark in Haikou.

Haikou Bell Tower was not originally located in this place. It was a European-style classical building in the Republic of China, and it was transformed into a flat-topped Chinese building in the 196s. Now this bell tower was rebuilt in 1987, covering an area of 25 square meters. It is a six-story reinforced concrete building with a height of 28 meters. The vermilion brick walls and European-style pointed heads have a great sense of western architecture. The shape is slightly different from the front and all sides.

7. Baishamen Park.

If you travel to Hainan, you must go to Haikou. If you travel to Haikou, you must take photos at the beach outside Baishamen Park!

8. Tropical Wildlife Park.

Hainan Tropical Wildlife Park is located at Dongshan Lake, about 27 kilometers southwest of Haikou City. It is the first large-scale tropical wildlife park in China. It is suitable for taking babies to experience the original ecological scenery of Haikou, and it is a good choice for parent-child tours in Haikou.

Different from other city zoos, Hainan Tropical Wildlife Park allows wild animals and plants to live freely in the tropical jungle. You can watch African lions, Siberian tigers, black bears and other wild animals in their natural state by car in the driving viewing area, and also watch Asian elephants, giraffes, crocodiles, hippos, giant emus, ponies and other animals in the walking area, and you can also be in artificial monkeys.
