Luoyang Vocational College of Culture and Tourism is a public higher vocational (junior college) college approved by the Ministry of Education. Historical evolution:

Luoyang Culture and Tourism Vocational College was formed by the integration of the original Luoyang Tourism School, Luoyang Preschool Normal School, and Luoyang Teacher Training School. It was approved by the Luoyang Municipal Government and the Municipal Education Bureau. After approval, Luoyang Preschool Normal School was the main body to apply to the Henan Provincial Department of Education for establishment.
