How to apply for a European transit visa

Try to prepare all the required materials and go to the country’s embassy in the country to apply. Material list: 1. Passport: 2-inch photos and 2 passports must provide copies of all visa records. 2. Visa application form: Go to the other party’s consulate website to download the passport. 3. Round-trip air ticket order form: It will be issued by the ticket office or air ticket agent as long as you purchase international air tickets. 4. Visa insurance: The insurance amount of 30,000 euros or 300,000 yuan must cover the entire trip. 5. Certificate of traveling abroad: a certificate of overseas travel time issued by the work unit including the applicant’s name, position, and salary, indicating the name, address, and person in charge of the work unit, stamped with the official seal, and an English translation of the name, position, and signature of the person in charge. 6. Proof of residence and reception in Schengen countries: Some countries accept proof of hotel booking on the website, while others only accept faxed proof from the hotel. Check on the website first. 7. Household register: both the original and the copy need to be translated if necessary. 8. Personal financial guarantee: original and translated copies of salary, certificate of non-frozen deposits or real estate certificate or vehicle purchase are required. 9. ID card: Original and translated copies are required. 10. All the above materials require 1 original and 1 copy, both on A4 paper, and should be submitted in the order listed above. Transit visa refers to a visa for citizens who pass through a third country (region) when taking transportation after obtaining an entry visa to the country (region).
