How to apply for the annual inspection and renewal of Beijing tour guide pass?
The validity period of the applied tour guide card shall be terminated with the dissolution (termination) of the labor contract. The validity period of the tour guide card is the same as that of the labor contract signed by the travel agency and the tour leader, but if the labor contract is valid for more than three years, the tour guide card is valid for three years.
If you need to continue working after the expiration of the validity period, you should apply for a replacement within three months before the expiration of the tour guide card; The tour guide card that has not been renewed at maturity will automatically become invalid, and the travel agency shall return the tour guide card to the Municipal Tourism Commission or destroy it by itself.
2. Specific procedures for the annual inspection and renewal of tourist guide cards:
(1) Procedures for collective handling units
1. Material preparation: Fill in the Registration Form for Persons (Units) Applying for Tour Guide Card (in duplicate), collect the original tour guide card (ic card), the original labor contract and two 2-inch color bareheaded photos of each person, log in to the tour guide card management system and submit relevant information online.
2. Application acceptance: the special agent of the travel agency submits the application materials to the administrative examination and approval service desk of the Municipal Tourism Commission with the letter of introduction from the unit, and the accepting personnel conduct on-site preliminary examination. The accepting personnel shall explain the main reasons for those who fail in the preliminary examination and accept those who pass the preliminary examination. The accepting personnel shall keep a copy of the registration form (unit) and photos for those who apply for the tour guide card, and other materials shall be returned to the travel agency agent after verification on the spot, and the agent shall return to the unit to wait for notice.
3. Notice of examination and approval: the relevant offices of the Municipal Tourism Commission shall examine the application materials, and those who pass the examination and approval shall be notified by the accepting personnel to go to the examination and approval service desk of the Municipal Tourism Commission with the Registration Form (unit) of the person applying for the tourist guide card, and uniformly receive the tourist guide card issued by the Municipal Tourism Commission at the appointed time; If the materials fail to pass the examination, the accepting personnel shall notify the travel agency agent and inform the main reasons.
After the relevant team leaders pass the exam, they should log in to the team leader card management system in time to complete the team leader's learning content (the new application of the club (including individuals) can only be accepted after the team leader's learning is completed).
(2) Personal handling procedures
1. The applicant should confirm the contact information with the accepting personnel before leaving.
3. Notice of review: the relevant offices of the Municipal Tourism Commission will review the application materials, and those who pass the review will be notified by the accepting personnel to the Municipal Tourism Commission to hold the Registration Form for Persons (Individuals) Applying for Tour Escort Cards at the appointed time to receive their tour escort cards; If the materials fail to pass the examination, the accepting personnel shall notify the applicant and inform the main reasons.
4. After passing the exam, the applicant should log in to the leader card management system in time to complete the learning content of the leader.
