Wood oil painting, 120cmx79cm (each size), now in the Groeninge Museum in Bruges.

Death and the Miser, based on a fable about vanity, has been lost.

Jan Provoost, a Flemish painter, owned a painting studio in Bruges and later became a citizen of Bruges. Gerard David's style can also be seen in Provoost's religious paintings.

All belong to the collection of Groeninge Museum in Bruges.
