Twenty-third local tourism authorities at all levels shall, in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, formulate and revise the emergency plan for tourism emergencies in the region or the department, and report it to the tourism authorities at the next higher level for the record, and organize emergency drills when necessary.
Article 24 The local tourism authorities at all levels shall, under the leadership of the local people's government, guide the scenic spots to meet the conditions of safety and opening up according to law, verify or cooperate with the relevant scenic spot authorities to verify the maximum carrying capacity of the scenic spots, and guide the scenic spots to control the flow of scenic spots through ticket reservation; When the number of tourists may reach the maximum carrying capacity, cooperate with the local people's government to take measures such as diversion and diversion.
Twenty-fifth after the occurrence of tourism emergencies, the tourism authorities at or above the county level shall, according to the requirements of the people's government at the same level and the relevant provisions, start the emergency plan for tourism emergencies and take one or more of the following measures:
(a) to organize or cooperate with the relevant departments to rescue and deal with the aftermath of tourists, so as to prevent the occurrence of secondary and derivative incidents;
(two) to coordinate the medical, rescue and insurance institutions to provide relief and rehabilitation for tourists;
(three) in accordance with the requirements of the people's government at the same level, unified, accurate and timely release of information about the development of the situation and emergency response work, and publish the telephone number.
Article 26 After the occurrence of tourism emergencies, the tourism authorities at or above the county level in the place where the emergencies occurred shall, in accordance with the requirements and relevant regulations of the people's government at the same level, participate in the investigation of tourism emergencies, and cooperate with relevant departments to deal with the tourism operators and their responsible persons who should bear the responsibility for the incidents according to law.
Twenty-seventh tourism authorities at all levels shall establish a reporting system for tourism emergencies.
Twenty-eighth tourism authorities shall report to the people's government at the same level and the tourism authorities at a higher level after receiving the report from the tourism operators in accordance with the provisions of article fifteenth of these measures. General tourism emergencies report to the municipal tourism authorities with districts; Major tourism emergencies are reported to the provincial tourism authorities step by step; Major and particularly major tourism emergencies are reported to the National Tourism Administration step by step. Reporting tourism emergencies to the superior tourism authorities shall include the following contents:
